An exciting, microbrewery, distillery and restaurant; Bond Store Wallaroo, located in the centre of Wallaroo on Owen Terrace.

This relaxed venue has been designed to encourage interaction between guests. The vision of the Bond Store is all about sharing an experience with friends and family and bringing people closer together.

The Bond Store menu includes quality, local produce lovingly prepared with a number of dishes cooked on the custom-made parrilla charcoal grill. You can choose to share a selection of plates – tapas style, or if you wish, you can indulge in it all by yourself.

The towering, stainless-steel tanks of the microbrewery provide a stunning visual backdrop to the brewery bar and restaurant on the ground level, while the 500L copper still, named Ginger, is the centrepiece of the gin bar, downstairs in the cellar distillery.

Twelve taps in the brewery bar provide ample choice of beers, all of which are Bond Store brews. All our beers are made by us on site.
