As you make your way down stairs to our cocktail bar our new still, “Ginger”, is sure to catch your eye. This is where our head distiller Nicole blends our unique variety of botanical to make our famous range of gins and liqueurs. Nicole (and Derek) have traveled the world to try and bring the best gin flavours to Yorke Peninsula- She then combines them with Australian herbs and botanicals. We try and choose local produce (including blood oranges and herbs from our garden.)
