The Bond Store is Proud of the products we make and will only sell it if we are happy to use the product for ourselves. We are very fastidious with our quality control and systems, but if our customer is not happy for whatever reason we will try our best to remedy the situation.
Customers can return an item if it’s faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match the description and get a refund, repair or replacement.
The Bond Store will need to be able to establish your ‘proof of purchase’. This is usually your receipt, but if you don’t have the receipt then you may be able to show proof using the order number or a credit card statement.
Bond Store will offer a refund or exchange if you simply change your mind, provided you pay for postage and handling. If you have incorrectly ordered products let us know and we will change it or cancel it at no charge if notified before it is dispached.
